Indigenous white grape Cypriot variety. Cultivated at mountainous organic vineyards of Limassol geographical region, from low-yield vineyards, at 600 meters altitude.
White Wine Making: Morning harvest. Traditional white wine making with cryomaceration of grapes, in controlled temperature stainless steel tank. This Xynisteri is recognized by its shiny golden yellow colour, with emerging aromas of floral, and citrus, peach and other Mediterranean fruit. It is a harmonious blend of cool acidity, mild tasteful texture and aromatic intensity.
